- What are your rental rates and what
are any fees due at time of move-in?
Our rates vary by location and are competitive when compared
to other storage companies' rental rates.
- What are your gate hours/ office hours?
Gate hours vary by location, contact the manager at the
location you are interested in. Office hours are 9-6 Monday
through Saturday and 1-6 on Sunday.
- Do you offer any military, student,
etc. discounts?
Discounts vary by location. Contact the manager at the location
you are interested in.
- What sizes do your units come in and
what are their availability?
Size and availability vary by location. Contact the manager
at the location you are interested in.
- Can I set up a reservation for a particular
unit or particular sized unit?
Yes, contact the manager at the location you are interested
in.
Do
you sell boxes and/or moving supplies?
Yes, at most locations.
- Do you offer a free move-in truck?
Some locations do offer a free move in truck. Contact the
manager at the location you are interested in.
- How can I pay for this? (ie..check,
money order, credit/debit etc..)
We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards and money
orders. Credit Card options vary by location.
- If I open this in my name, can my
(spouse, friend, son/daughter etc..) get in to the unit?
Yes if you give them the key.
- What do I need to bring with me to
get the unit?
Drivers license or state ID. If you are in the military,
bring your military ID. Also, the 1st month's rent.
