It's nice location, friendly people, quite. The only thing is it said 24/7 access then after I pay and get my storage I'm told it's 7-7 because it's the inside unit. That's not cool hell I don't even get off of work until 8-9 at night and gone to work before 7 so that screwed me real nicely. I am trying to get a larger storage out there on the outside so I can get in my storage whenever need be. 24/7

We are thrilled to have located terrific self-storage here near our small apartment. We plan to begin moving in some of the contents of our very cramped home this Saturday morning. It will be thrilling to walk around our small place without bumping into all our stuff. Ark self-storage to our rescue. The lovely lady who helped us secure it, her name is Hope! Now that's the perfect name for an employee who apparently loves her job. Hope! We all need hope!

I was at Ark Self Storage, Elon Musk launched spacex. The pictures I got from looking down the row of units was a awesome photo! I totally thought it was some crazy asteroid or something about to crash into earth.

Friendly and awesome customer service. The storage area is clean, I never worried about my unit being broken into. I only had two issue's, during the winter time mice got in my unit there were droppings on my personal items and because it's not climate control there were some mold on my furniture. Please get the insurance!!!!!

Been with Ark storage for many many years at same location. Has not always been a good experience however once Jennifer Macias arrived it’s been a pleasure and she is always helpful and informative.

Our equipment is secure, the storage units are well maintained and well lit, and the pricing is very fair, but Laurie’s wry fun personality and Terry’s pleasant customer oriented demeanor make all the difference! Not to mention it’s great to have such consistent staff who actually are on site during the time posted as business hours ! Unfortunately with other storage companies, that isn’t the case. Terry and Laurie are the best. Laurie let me borrow a few tools once when I was working on a car repair. Terry got all exterior lighting working. In climate control, there's been some new lighting installed. There's a focus on safety, which is important to me. If there's any issues with my unit, the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Sure it's a bit old, but I wouldn't take my storage needs elsewhere because of personable staff and secure environment 🙂

We have rented a unit from Ark for several years. When we did not need the unit anymore, we realized that we lost our lock key. Terry was EXTREMELY helpful in getting everything taken care of. 10/10 would recommend Ark Self Storage!

I have done business here for years. This is a simple non climate controlled storage , with gate access optional. Management is friendly and helpful. Access at this location is just off Hwy 41.

A pleasure to deal with these people.

Nice people, clean location great deals on storage units big and small. They don't mind renters using electricity on the property. Many motorcycle owners run extension cords under their locked pull up doors to outlets keeping the their toys ready for spring, summer and fall riding. You can come to your unit every day for hours and they are fine with that. Across the street a large chain storage unit place with orange doors renters are only allowed to go to their unit once a week and you can not stay more than twenty minutes. An ARK manager is on the property 24/7 checking on everything. Carpentry shops are in there as well. This is why ARK storage is so so much better. Thank you

Great people, clean storage, fair pricing. The place is located behind the Indian Motorcycle Dealership, and also behind the 24 hour tire shop. All 3 share one central driveway. Very friendly, been there for decades. Your kids will love the Noah’s Ark mural. Limited space, and in a busy area. Parking is free but a bit cramped.

The staff at the Douglas, GA location were on point! As a contractor, I rent multiple storage units in multiple states. Ines and here team were professional and courteous and had me in and out in minutes and the unit was cleaned and ready when I arrived. 5stars for sure!
